Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last Updated: September 2, 2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how HERZGEH processes and ships orders, including estimated processing times, international shipping, customs and import charges, delivery delays, lost shipments, and other delivery-related matters.

Delivery availability, shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the Republic of Korea.

Orders received after 4:00 PM KST (UTC+9) may be treated as received on the next business day for processing purposes.

Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotional periods, high-volume periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we are unable to dispatch an order within the stated processing period, we will notify the affected customer in accordance with Section 13 below.

2. Domestic Shipping — Republic of Korea

For orders shipped within the Republic of Korea, estimated delivery is generally 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances.

Shipping rates applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout.

Orders of KRW 100,000 or more may qualify for free domestic shipping, subject to the shipping terms displayed at checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply to Jeju Island and other remote or island areas. Any applicable charges will be disclosed during checkout or before shipment where reasonably possible.

3. International Shipping

HERZGEH ships internationally to selected countries and regions.

Available destinations may change depending on carrier availability, import restrictions, local regulations, or other operational circumstances. If a destination is not available during checkout, we are currently unable to accept an order for delivery to that destination.

For international orders, estimated transit time is generally 5–7 business days after dispatch, unless otherwise indicated.

Customs clearance time is not included in this estimate.

International delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local carrier operations, public holidays, weather, import inspections, and other circumstances beyond HERZGEH's reasonable control.

4. Shipping Rates

International shipping rates vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

HERZGEH does not generally offer free international shipping unless specifically stated as part of a promotion or offer.

Domestic and international shipping rates may be changed from time to time to reflect carrier charges and operating costs.

5. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Some international shipping services may provide limited tracking or may transfer the shipment to a local postal or delivery service after arrival in the destination country.

Tracking updates can occasionally be delayed and do not necessarily indicate that a shipment has stopped moving.

6. Duties, Import Taxes and Local Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other taxes and charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are economically the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on the destination and shipping method used, applicable duties and import taxes may either:

  • be calculated and collected from the customer during checkout; or
  • be charged to the customer by customs authorities, the shipping carrier, or another party during importation or delivery.

Where duties and import taxes are collected at checkout, HERZGEH will use an appropriate shipping method intended to account for those prepaid charges.

Where they are not collected at checkout, the customer may be required to pay them before the shipment can be released or delivered.

7. Customs Clearance and Brokerage Charges

International shipments may also be subject to customs clearance, brokerage, disbursement, handling, or similar carrier charges.

These charges are separate from customs duties and taxes and may not be included in amounts calculated at checkout.

Where applicable and unless otherwise stated, such charges are the customer's responsibility.

Customers are responsible for providing information reasonably required for customs clearance, including personal customs clearance codes, Tax IDs, identification information, or other information required by the destination country's authorities or shipping carrier.

8. Import Restrictions

Customers are responsible for checking whether the products they order may lawfully be imported into their destination country and whether any destination-specific import requirements apply.

HERZGEH may restrict shipping to certain countries or regions where shipping is unavailable or where applicable regulations or carrier restrictions prevent us from reasonably fulfilling an order.

If HERZGEH determines before dispatch that an order cannot legally or practically be shipped to the destination, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund for the cancelled order.

9. Refusal or Failure to Complete Customs Clearance

Failure or refusal to pay required duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees does not automatically constitute a standard order cancellation.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned, or otherwise cannot be delivered because the customer:

  • refuses to pay applicable import charges;
  • fails to provide required customs information;
  • fails to complete customs clearance; or
  • otherwise prevents the shipment from being imported or delivered,

the customer may be responsible for the actual costs resulting from the failed delivery.

Where permitted by applicable law, these costs may be deducted from any refundable amount and may include return shipping, customs duties or taxes charged to HERZGEH, brokerage or clearance charges, storage charges, and other directly incurred costs.

10. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

A shipping address may be changed before a tracking number has been registered, provided that the order has not progressed to a stage where the change can no longer reasonably be made.

Once an order has been dispatched, HERZGEH cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible.

If a shipment is returned or requires reshipment because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the resulting return and reshipping costs.

11. Failed Delivery and Unclaimed Shipments

Customers are responsible for receiving or collecting shipments within any holding period provided by the carrier.

If a shipment is returned because of:

  • customer absence;
  • refusal to accept delivery;
  • failure to collect the shipment;
  • expiration of the carrier's holding period; or
  • an incorrect or incomplete address,

the customer may be responsible for the resulting delivery, return, reshipping, customs, and related costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates, except where HERZGEH expressly agrees otherwise or applicable law provides otherwise.

Delays may occur because of customs inspections, customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, local delivery conditions, regulatory changes, or other circumstances outside HERZGEH's reasonable control.

If a shipment exceeds its estimated delivery period by 7 days or more, HERZGEH will contact the customer and, where appropriate, initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

A delay alone does not automatically mean that a shipment is lost and does not automatically result in cancellation or refund.

If the shipment is subsequently confirmed to be lost or undeliverable, HERZGEH will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include reshipment or refund.

13. Delays Before Dispatch

If HERZGEH is unable to dispatch an order within the stated or agreed processing period, we will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible and provide an updated estimated dispatch date.

The customer will be offered the option to consent to the delay or cancel the affected order for a full refund.

If HERZGEH determines that the order cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

This provision is separate from delays occurring after the order has already been dispatched.

14. Lost Shipments

If tracking information indicates that a shipment may be lost, HERZGEH will first initiate or request an investigation with the carrier where appropriate.

Once the shipment is confirmed as lost, the customer may choose between:

  • reshipment, where reasonably available; or
  • a refund.

15. Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking indicates that a shipment has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location and surrounding area, and where appropriate check with household members, reception desks, building management, or neighbors.

Please also contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided and contact HERZGEH so that we can review the circumstances and, where appropriate, assist with or initiate a carrier investigation.

A shipment marked as delivered will not automatically qualify for an immediate refund or replacement. The appropriate resolution will be determined after reviewing the available tracking information, carrier investigation, and circumstances of the delivery.

16. Products Damaged During Shipping

If a product arrives damaged during transportation, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For prompt carrier investigation, we ask that shipping damage be reported preferably within 7 days of delivery, together with photographs of the product, outer shipping box, internal packaging, and shipping label.

Confirmed shipping damage will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

The 7-day reporting request does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

17. Shipping Restrictions and Service Disruptions

HERZGEH may temporarily suspend, restrict, or modify shipping services to a country or region because of carrier service interruptions, border restrictions, regulatory changes, natural disasters, emergencies, or other circumstances that make shipment impractical or unavailable.

Where an affected order has not yet been dispatched, HERZGEH will contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution. If the affected order is cancelled, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded in full.

If a mandatory provision of applicable law conflicts with this policy, the mandatory provision of applicable law will prevail.
